Returning to SLC, Hollow Coves played another sold out show at Soundwell, with Ocie Elliott opening for them.

The folk due from Victoria, B.C., Canada started their musical road together after meeting in a little cafe. They released their first EP in 2018 and haven’t stopped making music since.
Their acoustic chords and the gentle harmonies of their voices make their songs about love and connection breathtakingly beautiful. They had the crowd hanging onto their every word.

The Australian, indie band started their journey way back in 2013, when Ryan Henderson and Matt Carins decided to combine their love of travel and acoustic music. Releasing their first song “The Woods” on Soundcloud in 2017, they quickly gained more fame than they originally planned.
Throughout the show, they shared their travel stories and meanings behind their songs, expressing how much of their lives are intertwined in their music. Singing songs about unforgettable moments with friends and beautiful moments spent traveling the world, the crowd was enchanted.
They ended the night with a two song encore, singing “The Woods” and “Coastline”, ensuring everyone was singing along.
